Initial 24/7/365 Internet television channel. v003 adds a 10 Hz real-time playback watchdog, buffering/stall auto-recovery, quality-change telemetry, and network-condition telemetry. v002 added the screen-recorder-safe public URL watermark. v001 uses the supplied YouTube playlist as the authorized embedded programming source. YouTube handles adaptive streaming quality; the player loops the playlist and attempts to resume playback after focus/visibility changes.

Real-time resolution / continuity monitoring
YouTube remains in adaptive AUTO mode because the current IFrame API does not allow the page to force 1080p/4K/8K. v003 monitors state and playback progress ten times per second and automatically attempts recovery on buffering or stalled playback. A CareTV-native HLS/DASH layer is specified separately for true dropped-frame telemetry and first-drop bitrate reduction.
