CURRENT INSTRUCTION BUILD: v004 · August 20, 2026 · 1:20 PM Pacific (PDT)
Every dated daily-build directory must contain one root-level index.html. The filename and URL remain constant for that date. Every new deliverable created that day must update this same index so it points to the latest version of every project while preserving older versioned artifacts.
The root daily index.html must show a large, immediately visible build stamp at the top of the page, before the main headline. It must contain the current index version, full date, and Pacific time. The purpose is to let the reviewer distinguish the newest upload from a stale browser or CDN cache at a glance. Every index update increments the version and refreshes this timestamp.
The index should also include no-cache metadata (Cache-Control, Pragma, and Expires) as an additional hint to browsers and intermediaries. The visible version/date/time remains authoritative because cache-control behavior can vary.
The index should clearly surface whatever is being actively worked on with one prominent button immediately below the top commentary/media section.
When a shareable ChatGPT development-session URL is supplied, include it prominently near the current-work control. It is a living reference and may be replaced or refreshed repeatedly during the same day without changing the stable root daily-index URL.
Never overwrite or remove prior versioned packages. Each update creates a new versioned package and updates the root index.html to reflect the latest state.
