OneDrive is permanently excluded from the authoritative CareTV/8K.art working tree.
Any D:\OneDrive paths are historical only and must never be used as the source of truth.

Architecture
- Local HTML/JavaScript developer UI contains no AWS credentials.
- Windows PowerShell agent binds only to 127.0.0.1:8765.
- Agent owns AWS CLI/S3/CloudFront operations.
- S3 is a publishing destination, not the only working copy.
- E:\CareTV-Backups is an independent one-way snapshot target.
- No bidirectional consumer cloud-sync product is allowed to delete the authoritative local tree.

Shared ChatGPT sessions
When a chatgpt.com/share URL is supplied during development, save a dated session record under:
YYYY-MM-DD/session-records/YYYY-MM-DD-HHMM-description/
and link it from that day's fixed root index.html.

Safety
- Never embed AWS secrets in HTML, JavaScript, ZIP packages, repositories, or public pages.
- Prefer temporary AWS credentials / SSO / AssumeRole.
- Never use sync/mirror semantics for backups where the destination can delete historical source files.
- Snapshot before publish when practical.
