Upload the CONTENTS of this 2026-08-16 folder into:

FILES:
1. caretv-canonical-network-interface-physical-medium-labeling-addendum-2026-08-16-v001.html
   - Canonical addendum establishing the global RJ-45 copper vs fiber labeling rule.

2. caretv-reference-server-requirements-five-year-global-deployment-2026-08-16-v002.html
   - Updated CareTV Reference Server requirements with explicit physical-medium wording.

3. caretv-reference-server-requirements-illustrations/
   - Existing server diagrams carried forward for the v002 server requirements document.

IMPORTANT:
Do not overwrite the historical 2026-08-15 canonical specification.
The addendum explicitly references v009 and should be folded into the next full canonical version.

RULE:
Every network interface must say RJ-45 copper Ethernet or fiber.
Fiber references should include SFP+, SFP28, QSFP28, etc. when relevant.
