Public AI Memory, Interface Failures, and Civic Attention — Version 2

This version is more self-critical about the tutorial shot, more explicit about the iPad layout problem, and more helpful about display controls. It includes every supplied image, a working full-screen viewer with a real close button, and anchored multilingual sections.

English overview

This second version directly addresses two technical shortcomings. First, the annotated OBS tutorial screenshot is criticized in detail: the target circles are not perfectly centered, the labels overlap, the text is redundant, and the overall annotation looks manually placed rather than computer-snapped to the exact interface controls. Second, the iPad screenshot of the image directory index is used to argue that the page should offer better responsive behavior and user controls such as full-width mode, compact mode, and filename wrapping.

  • The new viewer uses a JavaScript full-screen modal with a close button and Esc-key support.
  • The new page includes display controls at the top.
  • Each language section contains all images, captions, and explanations.
  • The document treats the images as a user-supplied public archive and distinguishes rhetoric from proof wherever possible.

English

This version expands the original package. It adds a self-critical analysis of the OBS tutorial screenshot, a critique of the iPad directory-index layout, stronger image viewer controls, and display-mode toggles for compact versus full-width reading.

Core criticisms

  • The OBS tutorial annotation is helpful but visually imprecise.
  • The image directory index is readable but not optimally responsive on iPad and iPhone.
  • A genuinely helpful interface should offer display-mode controls instead of forcing one compact layout on every device.
  • Every image in this package is clickable to a full-screen modal with a working close button and Esc-key support.

1. Media circus satire

Caption: Satirical illustration about spectacle, distraction, and manipulation in public life.

Explanation: The purpose of this image in the document is rhetorical: it visualizes the user’s belief that attention can be redirected into noise, fear, entertainment, and confusion.

Explanation: In the argument of the page, this image symbolizes indifference at the top while ordinary people bear the cost of confusion and instability.

Dont-Worry-Be-Happy-3.png

4. Split-portrait media reference

Caption: A split-portrait style image used as a media-reference asset.

Explanation: This image is included as part of the broader visual archive surrounding governance, media framing, and public narrative construction.

Elon-Musk-Pam-Bondi-3.jpg

5. Common-good future poster

Feynman-Minsky-Sagan-ChatGPT-Alternative-History-3.png

8. Public-figure reference image

Caption: Small public-figure reference image retained as part of the source set.

Explanation: This image is included because it appears in the broader project context and connects to related poster compositions supplied by the user.

Hegseth-small.jpg

9. AI-control claim poster, version one

Caption: Poster asserting a public claim about government control of AI systems.

Explanation: This image is presented as user-supplied advocacy material. The document treats it as part of the rhetorical archive rather than as proof of the claim it contains.

IMG-0408.jpg

10. AI-control claim poster, version two

Caption: A second user-supplied poster asserting a claim about centralized control over AI.

Explanation: Like the previous poster, it is included as documentary context for the user’s public argument.

IMG-0409.jpg

11. OBS tutorial screenshot with flawed arrows and circles

Caption: Annotated OBS Studio screenshot intended to show where to click to add a camera source.

Explanation: This annotation is useful but not perfect. The red/yellow target circle is too large and not mathematically centered on the tiny plus button. The circle also spills partly off the canvas edge, making it feel hand-placed instead of computer-precise. Two instruction boxes overlap each other, creating visual clutter and competing reading order. The large white STEP 1 box partially hides the underlying interface, so the user loses nearby context. The yellow “Not this +” note correctly warns against the wrong button, but its circle is not tightly locked to the incorrect control either. The instructional text is also wordy and redundant: “Click THIS + button in the SOURCES box” and “CLICK THIS + Bottom-left of SOURCES” repeat the same message instead of using one clean label. The top blue banner about exact image size is informative, but it occupies prime screen space that could instead be used for more precise targeting. A more perfect version would use vector arrows, pixel-centered callouts snapped directly to the control bounds, non-overlapping labels, and a cleaner hierarchy that makes the right button unmistakable at one glance.

12. Judicial-power collage

Caption: Six-portrait collage used to argue that too much power has been concentrated in too few hands.

Explanation: The image functions as a sharp political statement about judicial legitimacy, concentration of authority, and democratic accountability.

Supreme-Court-MAGA-Republican-Six-Totally-CORRUPT-Partisan-Politicians-with-NO-BUSINESS-having-this-much-power.jpg

13. Crisis poster about money, force, and power

Caption: A crisis-themed poster linking public money, enforcement power, and class conflict.

Explanation: This image is part of the user’s emergency-oriented political rhetoric about institutional overreach and public harm.

THEY-ARE-PRINTING-MONEY-OUT-OF-NO-WHERE-TO-ARM-AND-FUND-ICE-TO-CONDUCT-A-CLASS-WAR-BETWEEN-THE-MAGA-REPUBLICAN.png

14. National-alert constitutional-order poster

Caption: Emergency-style poster urging public awareness about constitutional risk and concentrated power.

Explanation: Its role is to create urgency and to frame the user’s concerns as a national civic emergency requiring attention and verification.

The-MAGA-Republicans-are-NOW-ATTEMPTING-a-COUP-that-we-have-LONG-ANTICIPATED-with-Trumps-BLATANT-CRIMINALITY-a.png

15. Fictional public notice poster

Caption: A fictional institutional poster about peaceful transition and a new civilization.

Explanation: This image is imaginative rather than documentary. It shows the utopian side of the broader archive.

UNITED-EARTH-SCIENTIFIC-COUNCIL-PUBLIC-NOTICE-small-1.png

16. System-failure warning poster

Caption: Flag-background warning graphic about accountability failure and the need to verify information.

Explanation: The image condenses the user’s message into a short list: the system is failing, oversight is weak, and people should independently verify what they are told.

WHAT-IS-WRONG-WITH-THIS-PICTURE-FROM-THIS-PROMPT-1.png

17. Speculative judicial-reset poster

Caption: A speculative poster arguing that concentrated judicial power should be ended or radically reduced.

Explanation: This is an intentionally provocative political image. In the document it is treated as rhetorical advocacy, not as a factual notice.

YOU-ARE-FREE-TO-GO-HOME-THE-SUPREME-COURT-HAS-BEEN-TERMINATED-YOUR-JOB-IS-DONE-THAT-WAS-WAY-TOO-MUCH-POWER-IN.png

18. Algorithm-independent visual lists concept art

Caption: Futuristic collaborative visual showing human-curated discovery systems.

Explanation: This image serves as a positive counterexample: a vision of human-guided, public-interest information discovery rather than opaque algorithmic steering.

algorithm-independent-visual-lists-hero-1.jpg

19. Large civic-accountability protest poster

Caption: Mass-participation poster calling for immediate, peaceful, nonviolent public accountability.

Explanation: This is one of the central civic images in the archive. It combines anger, protest, and a moral appeal for collective action.

we-the-people-have-had-enough-2.png

20. iPad screenshot of the images directory index

Caption: Directory listing screenshot showing the generated image set on 8k.art viewed on an iPad.

Explanation: This screenshot demonstrates a responsive-design problem. The page is readable, but it does not fully exploit the iPad width to reveal long filenames as efficiently as possible. File names are truncated visually because the compact table keeps columns narrow. A more helpful design would offer a view toggle such as Compact / Comfortable / Full Width, a filename wrap toggle, and an option to widen the Name column while shrinking less critical columns. On phones and tablets, the interface should detect available width and use it only as much as needed to show complete filenames without wasting space. A sticky toolbar could also provide quick controls for sort mode, wrap mode, thumbnail mode, and metadata density. The criticism here is not that the page fails completely, but that it stops short of being maximally helpful to mobile and tablet users.

This annotation is useful but not perfect.

16. Визуальный файл: System-failure warning poster

Подпись: Подпись: Flag-background warning graphic about accountability failure and the need to verify information.

17. Визуальный файл: Speculative judicial-reset poster

Подпись: Подпись: A speculative poster arguing that concentrated judicial power should be ended or radically reduced.

20. Визуальный файл: iPad screenshot of the images directory index

Подпись: Подпись: Directory listing screenshot showing the generated image set on 8k.art viewed on an iPad.

Пояснение: Пояснение: This screenshot demonstrates a responsive-design problem.

16. פריט חזותי: System-failure warning poster

כיתוב: כיתוב: Flag-background warning graphic about accountability failure and the need to verify information.

הסבר: הסבר: The image condenses the user’s message into a short list: the system is failing, oversight is weak, and people should independently verify what they are told.

WHAT-IS-WRONG-WITH-THIS-PICTURE-FROM-THIS-PROMPT-1.png

17. פריט חזותי: Speculative judicial-reset poster

כיתוב: כיתוב: A speculative poster arguing that concentrated judicial power should be ended or radically reduced.

הסבר: הסבר: This is an intentionally provocative political image. In the document it is treated as rhetorical advocacy, not as a factual notice.

18. פריט חזותי: Algorithm-independent visual lists concept art

כיתוב: כיתוב: Futuristic collaborative visual showing human-curated discovery systems.

הסבר: הסבר: This image serves as a positive counterexample: a vision of human-guided, public-interest information discovery rather than opaque algorithmic steering.

algorithm-independent-visual-lists-hero-1.jpg

19. פריט חזותי: Large civic-accountability protest poster

כיתוב: כיתוב: Mass-participation poster calling for immediate, peaceful, nonviolent public accountability.

הסבר: הסבר: This is one of the central civic images in the archive. It combines anger, protest, and a moral appeal for collective action.

20. פריט חזותי: iPad screenshot of the images directory index

כיתוב: כיתוב: Directory listing screenshot showing the generated image set on 8k.art viewed on an iPad.

הסבר: הסבר: This screenshot demonstrates a responsive-design problem.

Esc.

1. ملف بصري: Media circus satire

2. ملف بصري: Extreme-risk satire image

Dont-Worry-Be-Happy-3.png

4. ملف بصري: Split-portrait media reference

التعليق: تعليق: A split-portrait style image used as a media-reference asset.

Elon-Musk-Pam-Bondi-3.jpg

5. ملف بصري: Common-good future poster

الشرح: شرح: This is one of the hopeful images in the collection. It represents a cooperative alternative to fear-based narratives.

6. ملف بصري: Free-speech warning poster

7. ملف بصري: Alternate-history science-fiction poster

التعليق: تعليق: Speculative poster clearly marked as science fiction and not real history.

الشرح: شرح: Its role here is to show that the archive contains not only political criticism but also imaginative and speculative thought experiments.

Feynman-Minsky-Sagan-ChatGPT-Alternative-History-3.png

8. ملف بصري: Public-figure reference image

التعليق: تعليق: Small public-figure reference image retained as part of the source set.

الشرح: شرح: This image is included because it appears in the broader project context and connects to related poster compositions supplied by the user.

Hegseth-small.jpg

9. ملف بصري: AI-control claim poster, version one

التعليق: تعليق: Poster asserting a public claim about government control of AI systems.

الشرح: شرح: This image is presented as user-supplied advocacy material. The document treats it as part of the rhetorical archive rather than as proof of the claim it contains.

11. ملف بصري: OBS tutorial screenshot with flawed arrows and circles

التعليق: تعليق: Annotated OBS Studio screenshot intended to show where to click to add a camera source.

الشرح: شرح: This annotation is useful but not perfect.

12. ملف بصري: Judicial-power collage

التعليق: تعليق: Six-portrait collage used to argue that too much power has been concentrated in too few hands.

الشرح: شرح: The image functions as a sharp political statement about judicial legitimacy, concentration of authority, and democratic accountability.

13. ملف بصري: Crisis poster about money, force, and power

الشرح: شرح: This image is part of the user’s emergency-oriented political rhetoric about institutional overreach and public harm.

1. Visuelles Element: Media circus satire

Bildunterschrift: Bildunterschrift: Satirical illustration about spectacle, distraction, and manipulation in public life.

Erläuterung: Erläuterung: The purpose of this image in the document is rhetorical: it visualizes the user’s belief that attention can be redirected into noise, fear, entertainment, and confusion.

2. Visuelles Element: Extreme-risk satire image

Bildunterschrift: Bildunterschrift: Exaggerated science-fiction villain image about destructive power and technological recklessness.

Erläuterung: Erläuterung: This exhibit functions as dark satire. It dramatizes the fear that unrestrained power, weapons, and automation can become absurdly dangerous.

Doctor-Doom-1.png

3. Visuelles Element: Laughing-elites satire image

Bildunterschrift: Bildunterschrift: Satirical image of powerful figures laughing while the world burns around them.

Erläuterung: Erläuterung: In the argument of the page, this image symbolizes indifference at the top while ordinary people bear the cost of confusion and instability.

4. Visuelles Element: Split-portrait media reference

5. Visuelles Element: Common-good future poster

Bildunterschrift: Bildunterschrift: A bright poster about health, liberty, justice, cooperation, and a fee-free common-good future.

6. Visuelles Element: Free-speech warning poster

Bildunterschrift: Bildunterschrift: Poster warning about censorship, surveillance, and the suppression of public speech.

Erläuterung: Erläuterung: This image expresses alarm about the loss of open discourse and the need for citizens to recognize when speech environments are being constrained.

FREEDOM-of-SPEECH-is-DEAD.png

7. Visuelles Element: Alternate-history science-fiction poster

Bildunterschrift: Bildunterschrift: Speculative poster clearly marked as science fiction and not real history.

Erläuterung: Erläuterung: Its role here is to show that the archive contains not only political criticism but also imaginative and speculative thought experiments.

8. Visuelles Element: Public-figure reference image

Bildunterschrift: Bildunterschrift: Small public-figure reference image retained as part of the source set.

Erläuterung: Erläuterung: This image is included because it appears in the broader project context and connects to related poster compositions supplied by the user.

Hegseth-small.jpg

9. Visuelles Element: AI-control claim poster, version one

Bildunterschrift: Bildunterschrift: Poster asserting a public claim about government control of AI systems.

Erläuterung: Erläuterung: This image is presented as user-supplied advocacy material. The document treats it as part of the rhetorical archive rather than as proof of the claim it contains.

IMG-0408.jpg

10. Visuelles Element: AI-control claim poster, version two

Bildunterschrift: Bildunterschrift: A second user-supplied poster asserting a claim about centralized control over AI.

Erläuterung: Erläuterung: Like the previous poster, it is included as documentary context for the user’s public argument.

IMG-0409.jpg

11. Visuelles Element: OBS tutorial screenshot with flawed arrows and circles

Bildunterschrift: Bildunterschrift: Annotated OBS Studio screenshot intended to show where to click to add a camera source.

Erläuterung: Erläuterung: This annotation is useful but not perfect.

12. Visuelles Element: Judicial-power collage

Bildunterschrift: Bildunterschrift: Six-portrait collage used to argue that too much power has been concentrated in too few hands.

Erläuterung: Erläuterung: The image functions as a sharp political statement about judicial legitimacy, concentration of authority, and democratic accountability.

13. Visuelles Element: Crisis poster about money, force, and power

Bildunterschrift: Bildunterschrift: A crisis-themed poster linking public money, enforcement power, and class conflict.

Erläuterung: Erläuterung: This image is part of the user’s emergency-oriented political rhetoric about institutional overreach and public harm.

THEY-ARE-PRINTING-MONEY-OUT-OF-NO-WHERE-TO-ARM-AND-FUND-ICE-TO-CONDUCT-A-CLASS-WAR-BETWEEN-THE-MAGA-REPUBLICAN.png

14. Visuelles Element: National-alert constitutional-order poster

Bildunterschrift: Bildunterschrift: Emergency-style poster urging public awareness about constitutional risk and concentrated power.

Erläuterung: Erläuterung: Its role is to create urgency and to frame the user’s concerns as a national civic emergency requiring attention and verification.

15. Visuelles Element: Fictional public notice poster

Bildunterschrift: Bildunterschrift: A fictional institutional poster about peaceful transition and a new civilization.

Erläuterung: Erläuterung: This image is imaginative rather than documentary. It shows the utopian side of the broader archive.

UNITED-EARTH-SCIENTIFIC-COUNCIL-PUBLIC-NOTICE-small-1.png

16. Visuelles Element: System-failure warning poster

Bildunterschrift: Bildunterschrift: Flag-background warning graphic about accountability failure and the need to verify information.

Erläuterung: Erläuterung: The image condenses the user’s message into a short list: the system is failing, oversight is weak, and people should independently verify what they are told.

WHAT-IS-WRONG-WITH-THIS-PICTURE-FROM-THIS-PROMPT-1.png

17. Visuelles Element: Speculative judicial-reset poster

Bildunterschrift: Bildunterschrift: A speculative poster arguing that concentrated judicial power should be ended or radically reduced.

Erläuterung: Erläuterung: This is an intentionally provocative political image. In the document it is treated as rhetorical advocacy, not as a factual notice.

18. Visuelles Element: Algorithm-independent visual lists concept art

Bildunterschrift: Bildunterschrift: Futuristic collaborative visual showing human-curated discovery systems.

Erläuterung: Erläuterung: This image serves as a positive counterexample: a vision of human-guided, public-interest information discovery rather than opaque algorithmic steering.

19. Visuelles Element: Large civic-accountability protest poster

Bildunterschrift: Bildunterschrift: Mass-participation poster calling for immediate, peaceful, nonviolent public accountability.

Erläuterung: Erläuterung: This is one of the central civic images in the archive. It combines anger, protest, and a moral appeal for collective action.

20. Visuelles Element: iPad screenshot of the images directory index

Bildunterschrift: Bildunterschrift: Directory listing screenshot showing the generated image set on 8k.art viewed on an iPad.

Erläuterung: Erläuterung: This screenshot demonstrates a responsive-design problem.
