S3 + CloudFront Directory Indexer — 2026-06-30_v017

Browser-only polish release.

Changes from v016:
- Right-side columns are measured from the full in-memory directory listing.
- Column gaps are standardized to 24px, matching the page left/right margins.
- Type / Last modified / Size reserve only the space their rendered content needs.
- Name gets all remaining space.
- Initial server render now includes column-width hints; browser JS then measures exact rendered pixels after preferences are applied.
- Size display preference affects initial render as well as live TOOLS changes.
- Active sort remains one column at a time: the column with the triangle.

Use:
- Upload s3-cloudfront-indexer-simple-2026-06-30_v017-lambda-edge-directory-browser-upload.zip to the Lambda@Edge directory browser.
- Deploy $LATEST.
- Publish a new numbered version.
- Attach that numbered version ARN to CloudFront Default (*) Origin request.
