S3 + CloudFront Directory Indexer — 2026-06-30_v011

Lambda@Edge browser hotfix/refinement.

Important fix:
- Malformed or unusual query strings must not crash the Lambda directory listing.
- Query parsing is now defensive/nonfatal.

Visible UI changes:
- dark is the default theme
- removed Auto theme option
- removed visible Debug link
- developer details remain available only by manually adding ?debug=1
- consistent calm margins across platforms
- compact mode is meaningfully tighter
- comfortable mode remains visibly relaxed
- date and size columns get protected spacing
- local time tries to show PDT/PST instead of GMT offsets
- cropped filenames show a small info affordance on hover/focus

Use:
- Upload s3-cloudfront-indexer-simple-2026-06-30_v011-lambda-edge-directory-browser-upload.zip to the Lambda@Edge directory browser.
- Deploy $LATEST.
- Publish a new numbered version.
- Attach that numbered version ARN to CloudFront Default (*) Origin request.

No updater/IAM changes are required.
