STRICT VALIDATION RULE

This watcher is not a generic upload tool.

It ignores ordinary downloads and processes only verified MyAnythingList daily build ZIPs.

Allowed filename:
  index_beta_YYYY-MM-DD-v###.zip

Allowed payload:
  index_beta_YYYY-MM-DD-v###.html
  _MyAnythingList-defaults.txt
  docs/YYYY-MM-DD/v###/en-us/controllable-parameters.html

Everything else is ignored or rejected before extraction and before S3 sync.
