DEVELOPER-LOCAL PACKAGE TIMESTAMP RULE

Problem corrected in v006:

  A prior package was named with 2114-pdt even though the actual local time was
  1947-pdt. That is wrong.

Permanent rule:

  The HHMM timestamp in a developer package filename must be the actual
  America/Los_Angeles local time when the artifact is created.

  Do not invent the timestamp.
  Do not estimate the timestamp.
  Do not round forward.
  Do not use a future time.
  Do not use UTC unless the package explicitly says utc.

Correct pattern:

  myanythinglist-daily-build-auto-uploader-YYYY-MM-DD-HHMM-pdt-v###.zip

Example from this correction:

  myanythinglist-daily-build-auto-uploader-2026-06-29-1947-pdt-v006.zip

Reason:

  Ken sorts and reasons about many local and S3 daily-build artifacts by visible
  filename and File Explorer timestamps. A future or fake timestamp damages the
  workflow and creates confusion.
