MyAnythingList Care TV Directory Demos v004

This package creates URL target directories.

Each demo folder contains:
- index.html  : patched copy of your uploaded MyAnythingList app
- playlist.txt: local list loaded by that folder's index.html

Why this is safer:
The public share URL is a directory. It does not expose arbitrary remote playlist URLs.
Each public demo only loads its own local playlist.txt file.

v005 security change:
The demo index.html files are patched with a Care TV local playlist lock.
They ignore playlist/list/source/MyAnythingList URL parameters and force MyAnythingListConfig.MyAnythingList to playlist.txt.

This means these public demo pages should not be usable as arbitrary third-party playlist renderers.
