Care TV Public Demo Lock

These public demo index.html files are hard-locked to their same-folder playlist.txt.

They intentionally ignore external playlist parameters such as ?MyAnythingList=, ?playlist=, ?list=, and ?source=.

This prevents the public demo URLs from becoming arbitrary third-party playlist renderers.
