v161 keeps the Default behavior safety lock and adds polled RunLog progress updates so logs can appear while long CloudFront operations are running.

• RunLog is a separate card directly beneath Run.
• RunLog uses card trace-card compact-section, section-title, trace-actions, and trace-viewer standard-field.
• RunLog buttons are Copy to Clipboard and Download.
• No RunLog-only style rules are added.
• Dry run and Apply remain AJAX-only non-submit buttons.
• JSON directory-index behavior is intentionally left untouched.

v161 emergency safety lock and polled RunLog

Default behavior is locked. This build snapshots DefaultCacheBehavior before generating media behavior changes, restores it from the snapshot before upload, and refuses to update CloudFront if the Default behavior changes.

The app may update ordered CacheBehavior media rules only. It must not change Default response headers policy, CloudFront Function associations, or Lambda@Edge associations.

v161: Keeps the v159 Default behavior safety lock and adds a polled RunLog status endpoint for progress updates during long runs, even when the server buffers the main response.
