v156 moves the Run log into its own card directly beneath the Run card and makes it match the TraceLog structure.

• The Run card contains only Dry run and Apply controls.
• The RunLog card appears directly beneath the Run card when a run starts.
• The RunLog card uses the same trace-actions row and trace-output textarea as TraceLog.
• The RunLog card has Copy to Clipboard and Download buttons.
• Dry run and Apply remain AJAX-only non-submit buttons.
• JSON directory-index behavior is intentionally left untouched.
