v155 makes the Run log use the existing standard app controls.

• The Run log uses the same button class as other app buttons.
• The Run log uses the same log text box class as other trace/log boxes.
• The Run log is fixed-size and scrolls internally.
• The Run log auto-scrolls to the newest bottom text as progress arrives.
• Dry run and Apply remain AJAX-only non-submit buttons.
• JSON directory-index behavior is intentionally left untouched.
