CloudFront Media Behavior Automation Web PHP v150

v150 fixes Apply/Dry run credential selection. Apply and Dry run now use the same credential resolver as the green AWS credential test. This prevents stale, masked, autofilled, or non-AWS-looking form values from overriding the known-good local config path.

Access behavior

• Startup checks only the signed Access cookie.
• Login is the only password submit path.
• Logout clears the signed Access cookie, browser authorization state, and distribution picker.

CloudFront behavior

• Apply and Dry run use the same AWS credential resolver as Test AWS credentials / background prefetch.
• Apply logs safe credential source/fingerprint lines.
• Apply no longer uses a browser confirm popup.
• JSON directory-index behavior is intentionally left untouched.
• Generated media behaviors preserve/restore default Lambda@Edge and CloudFront Function associations.
