Release Checklist

This document defines what must be checked before a build or package is treated as a release candidate.

1. Documentation checklist

• Requirements, Developer, System, and any affected specialty docs updated.
• Index includes any newly standard documents.
• Freshness stamps updated to the current package version.
• No temporary notes or progress logs leaked into the canonical docs folder.

2. Rendering checklist

• Core acceptance tests pass.
• Golden render cases rechecked.
• No known failure conditions remain unresolved in the release candidate.
• Export quality and QR behavior confirmed at representative output sizes.

3. Continuity checklist

• Build started from the latest accepted baseline.
• Any newly discovered regression is documented immediately.
• Package remains sufficient for future contributors without relying on the original requester.
