This document promotes post-package clarifications into canonical form so future contributors do not depend on raw chat transcripts.

Promoted additions from 2026-03-16 and 2026-03-17

• 8K fidelity may not be sacrificed to restore QR or export correctness.
• Text-only URL art with QR is a first-class high-quality output mode.
• All requirements requested in authoritative project conversations belong in canonical docs.
• Open-source contributors should be able to reproduce prior correct work from the package alone.
• Acceptance tests, failure conditions, golden cases, and release checklists are now standard package members.
