2026-03-17 Conversation Additions

This companion document summarizes conversation-defined additions that were folded into the canonical docs on 2026-03-17.

What was added to the canonical rules

• 4K/8K export quality is non-negotiable and may not be preserved through low-resolution capture plus upscaling.
• Text-only URL-art thumbnails with QR are premium cases and must remain sharp at export size.
• URL art should show the longest aesthetically valid portion of the URL above the small URL area.
• "No longer artistically cool" now has practical programmatic meaning: insufficient dominance, insufficient fill, insufficient legibility, excessive fragmentation, awkward QR coexistence, or footer conflict.
• Iteration ZIPs should include root-level current beta HTML + handoff/progress + canonical docs folder, plus an archived copy of the beta HTML in archive/.
• The docs should preserve enough explicit context that an open-source programmer can continue the work without rereading private chat history.

Companion source artifacts

The updated package also carries the cleaned transcript and the short features-not-yet-implemented list as trace artifacts, so yesterday’s reasoning is still recoverable tomorrow.
