This page is a live placeholder inside a growing global documentation system.
MyAnythingList and MyAnythingGrid are being documented in a way that is clear, inspiring, and translation-ready.
This page exists now so the documentation structure works immediately instead of leading to a dead end.
Full documents for vision, system design, playlists, thumbnails, printing, streams, and editing will be added soon.
What already exists?
- A working multilingual folder structure.
- Live pages instead of broken links.
- A stable English reference source.
What comes next?
- Full documentation in this language.
- Practical guides for creators and developers.
- Clear public-facing explanations for global use.
Long-term vision
The long-term goal is a beautiful public knowledge system that helps people learn, build, print, share, and think more clearly.
The small English line below remains only as a graceful exit toward default documents.

English Requirements
v09 Delta — Export and Naming
URL Art is a textural thumbnail class and must export exactly like any other thumbnail source. Exported thumbnails must always preserve the live tile composition order and must render at the selected output resolution without unnecessary quality loss. QR appears in export whenever visible in the live tile. Thumbnail downloads use informative timestamped names beginning with MyAnythingThumbnail_.

v10 Delta — URL Art, Full-URL QR, and Uploaded Image Fit
URL art is a textural thumbnail class. Live tiles, downloaded thumbnails, and printed/exported output should preserve identical scaling, proportion, and placement relative to the selected output resolution. The system should enlarge URL art to use the readable panel area whenever that remains legible.
QR codes encode the full valid URL line, including anchor-comment fragments. The QR layer is independent of thumbnail imagery and must never become the background image or a stretched substitute for the tile texture.
Uploaded thumbnails and replacement-image thumbnails should scale to fit the panel logically, prioritizing full-image visibility for custom replacements rather than arbitrary cropping.
v14 Delta — Educational Mission, Transparency, and Misuse Resistance
MyAnythingList is a public educational system intended to help ethical, curious, and globally diverse people learn how information can be structured, inspected, rendered, and shared. The project should favor transparency, inspectability, multilingual access, and source-aware communication over black-box presentation.
- Open documentation, visible runtime logs, and educational commentary in code are intentional safeguards.
- The system should encourage understanding, attribution, and critical inspection rather than manipulative opacity.
- Language support should treat world language communities equitably, including both LTR and RTL interfaces.
- The project should be designed so good-faith users can learn it quickly and adapt it responsibly.
- No documentation update should erase the project’s educational and civilizational purpose.

v15 Delta — Thumbnail / URL-Art / QR Master Rules
This document now owns the most detailed rendering rules for tile imagery, URL art, and QR behavior.
Immutable rules
- The QR code always occupies a dedicated layer above the thumbnail image or URL art and below the pill and smaller URL text.
- If QR is visible live, exported thumbnails must include it. Omission in export is a regression even if live display looks correct.
- Uploaded thumbnails should fit logically inside the tile using a non-destructive policy such as contain/fit when required by the design, rather than unpredictable cropping that hides important content.
- URL text art is a real thumbnail class, not a fallback embarrassment mode. It must be designed and rendered with expert-level quality.
- URL art should grow aggressively into the readable tile area while remaining distinct from the smaller footer URL. That larger URL-art expression is part of the visual design, not a temporary placeholder.
8K quality rule for text-only tiles
When a tile contains only URL text art plus QR, the export still needs to look like a premium master. Text and QR must remain sharp at the selected resolution because they are generated at export time.
| Element | Quality expectation |
| URL art | Rendered natively at export size with stable wrapping/fitting decisions. |
| QR | Rendered at export size with final geometry, never screen-captured. |
| Type pill | Crisp edges and text at 4K/8K. |
| Small URL/footer | Readable and sharp, not inherited from display pixels. |
v15 Delta — Export Acceptance Checklist for Thumbnails
- Open a tile with a normal bitmap thumbnail and visible QR. Export at 4K and 8K. Confirm QR remains present and sharp.
- Open a tile with URL art only and visible QR. Export at 4K and 8K. Confirm URL art, QR, pill, and small URL are all sharp.
- Hide QR intentionally. Export again. Confirm QR is absent only because it was intentionally hidden.
- Change output resolution. Confirm the same composition model is preserved while fidelity rises with target size.
- Test startup load. Confirm QR does not flash in an incorrect startup position before final geometry resolves.
