Progress — 2026-03-12 v09

This delta records the current implementation pass for viewport fitting and thumbnail export.

• Added ViewScaleMode and SafeAreaProfile to the startup config and control panel.
• Set Digital safe area to tiny margins and Tube TV safe area to generous margins.
• Implemented a basic view-scale pass for Fit Width, Fit Height, and Fit Everything.
• Updated thumbnail export filenames to the MyAnythingThumbnail_YYYY-MM-DD_HHMMSSAM_Resolution.ext standard.
• Documented the current feedback that Fit Width + Digital should use all available width and Fit Everything must fit the visible grid correctly.
