Failure Conditions

A failure condition is not merely a bug suggestion. It is a condition under which the implementation should be considered out of spec.

Hard Failures

• QR visible in live view but missing in export.
• Export relies on screen capture or viewport pixels instead of target resolution.
• Generated text becomes blurry at 4K or 8K.
• Fit controls or documented UI controls regress without docs being updated.
• Documentation update shrinks or deletes earlier accepted behavior.

Governance Failures

• A command exists in practice but is undocumented.
• A control label is user-visible but not localizable.
• A daily-build documentation handoff is not delivered in the expected timestamped folder structure.
