• Text-only URL-art + QR output treated as first-class, not fallback-grade.
• All user-facing controls and labels prepared for localization.
• Documentation preservation as a hard rule.
• Dedicated commands-and-functions document for scriptability discovery.
• Timestamped documentation handoff structure under doc_updates_.../_docs/en.
